LUXUAV and Doodle Labs Memorandum of Intent

LUXUAV and Doodle Labs Memorandum of Intent

XPONENTIAL Europe – [Dusseldorf, Germany], March 25, 2026 — Doodle Labs, the global leader in resilient wireless networking for autonomous systems, and LUXUAV, a premier European developer of advanced unmanned aerial platforms, today announced a Memorandum of Intent (MoI) to establish a strategic technical and manufacturing partnership.

The collaboration focuses on integrating Doodle Labs’ Mesh Rider and Sense-EW (Electronic Warfare) technologies into LUXUAV’s next-generation programs, including the highly anticipated Adderbolt UAV. Designed for modularity and mission adaptability, the Adderbolt represents a leap forward in European-made, attritable systems capable of operating in heavily contested electromagnetic environments.

By pairing Doodle Labs’ battlefield-proven communications with LUXUAV’s Luxembourg-based manufacturing, the partnership directly supports European industrial sovereignty and a dependable, long-term drone supply chain.

“Modern conflict requires drones that can be rapidly deployed at scale while withstanding sophisticated jamming,” said Amol Parikh, Co-CEO of Doodle Labs. “Our work with LUXUAV ensures their high-output production is backed by a resilient, field-proven datalink that gives operators a decisive tactical advantage on the modern battlefield.”

A core pillar of the cooperation is the validation of systems against MIL-STD-810H standards, ensuring that LUXUAV platforms can withstand extreme vibrations, shocks, and temperatures. The integration will also support edge AI capabilities and mesh-enabled networking, allowing for scalable, multi-platform operations and autonomous mission functions.

“To achieve the scale and operational readiness Europe requires, we need networking that is resilient by design,” said Nicolas Zharov, CEO of LUXUAV. “This MoI signals our commitment to a fully integrated, sovereign ecosystem. By prioritizing European-origin components and high-performance networking, we are building a UAV infrastructure that is rugged, modular, and ready for immediate deployment.”

Doodle Labs will be showcasing their latest technologies this week at Xponential Europe in Dusseldorf, Germany, while LUXUAV representatives will also be present at the event.
